Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry or join our interest list, we collect the details you share with us — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and information about your space requirements. If you are a tenant or an occupant of a tenant company, your portal account includes your name, email address, and role, along with the records created as you use tenant services: service requests, visitor registrations, vehicle and parking information, building access records, documents you upload, and messages you send through the portal, including its assistant feature. If you are a vendor or service provider, we also collect your business contact details, insurance and compliance documents, and the bank details you give us so we can pay you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and approximate location derived from an IP address. Essential cookies keep portal users signed in and preserve security and session choices. We may also use optional analytics and advertising cookies to understand site traffic and personalize the ads you see. These optional cookies load only when the privacy popup is enabled and you choose “Accept.”
Information from others. We may receive business contact, affiliation, visitor, building-access, leasing, and vendor information from tenant companies, property staff, our leasing brokerage, service providers, or another person who is authorized to give it to us.

Automated processing
Some parts of the portal use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to process content you provide — for example, to answer questions in the portal assistant and to suggest filing details for documents you upload. These systems run on our behalf through service providers under terms that limit their use of the information. We do not use artificial intelligence to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects without a person involved.
Separately, some administration runs automatically on rules rather than judgment — for example, portal access ends when a person’s affiliation with a tenant or vendor ends. If you believe access ended in error, write to us at the postal address below and a person will review it.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the website and building — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, and building access-control systems — under terms that limit their use of the information
- Our leasing brokerage, so the leasing team can respond to your inquiry
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our tenants, visitors, or company
- A successor or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the property or business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, for the duration of a tenancy and any period required afterward for legal, accounting, or security reasons — and then delete or archive it. Some records are kept on their own schedules and may be held longer: security and audit logs, records we are required to retain, and records we keep to check and improve the accuracy of our systems. We may also keep aggregate information that does not identify anyone.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging in the tenant portal. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from our interest list. Reach us through the contact page or write to the postal address below. We will respond within 45 days; if applicable law permits additional time, we will tell you why before that period ends. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority, and may retain a record of the request. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained to meet legal, security, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights and a right to appeal our response.
Cookies. Some cookies are essential: the portal cannot sign you in or keep you signed in without them, so refusing those means the portal will not work. We may use optional cookies for analytics and personalized advertising. When the privacy popup is enabled, choosing “Reject” prevents those optional cookies from loading; disabling the popup also disables optional analytics. Children
Our website and portal are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
