Assessment approach
We assess accessibility through automated testing of deployed public pages, keyboard review, focus and responsive-reflow checks, code review, and manual evaluation of representative content and workflows. Dynamic content, third-party tools, and every possible authenticated state are not all exercised by the automated public-page scan. We review those areas as they change and investigate reported barriers.
Known limitations
Interactive maps are provided by a third party and may be less usable with some assistive technologies. The same essential location, address, and contact information is also available in text on the site. Marketing content and documents may be updated by authorized editors, so a newly published item may require remediation after review. If a map, document, or any other feature prevents you from getting information or completing a task, ask us for an alternative using the feedback process below.
