Cowan Nakios Group LLC (“CNG”) is a privately-held investment firm that focuses on investments in real estate assets and operating companies across all parts of the capital structure. CNG is led by Ross Cowan and Thomas Nakios who collectively have experience in the commercial, industrial, residential, and hospitality asset classes, and they have employed this experience in targeting best-in-class projects with a value-driven investment approach.

Prior to forming CNG, Cowan was a Senior Managing Director at Northwood Investors in New York City, where he was a member of the firm’s investment committee and focused on debt and equity investments across the United States. Nakios is Founder and Managing Partner of The Nakios Group, which has been an opportunistic investor in a broad range of real estate assets and operating businesses.
